What people say about us

Sonia O'Donovan
St Judes, Dublin Road,Dundalk

“We have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Fine Living Ltd to any prospective client. Ciarán and his team were incredibly professional and approachable throughout the project. They have built us a superior quality turnkey home that has exceeded our expectations. From the first day that we met them to discuss the build it was obvious that client satisfaction was Ciarán’s main priority and this continued throughout the job.

We instantly knew that we wanted to work with him and his team in building our dream home and they did not disappoint. The attention to detail in every aspect of the house is extraordinary. Thank you for making our dreams a reality and for ensuring the whole process was enjoyable from start to finish!”

The Lawless Family

“We purchased our home from Fine Living in December 2020 and we cannot speak highly enough of the service and our experience on the whole. The quality of our new home is better than any we have seen in a new build, completed to the highest of standards, which is a testament to Fine Living in terms of their attention to detail and the high levels of quality and specification.

The customer service both pre and post-sale provided by Ciaran and the team at Fine Living has been exceptional and far above and beyond our expectations.  We would recommend Fine Living and the team to anyone without hesitation.”

Pat McArdle

“Fine Living Ltd built our new house in 2021. They couldn’t have been more professional or more helpful. Ciarán Byrne went through our drawings in detail and pointed out several areas where we could make substantial cost savings without compromising on quality, just by organising things slightly differently. The timber frame kit arrived and was erected very quickly with a minimum of fuss.

The finishing is excellent throughout. We are extremely happy with Fine Living’s work and with their approach to the job and wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who is considering a timber frame as part of a self-build project.”
